Landscape Installation Crew Lead

Specific Responsibilities

• Direct and work with crew members to complete residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure that team has necessary tools and materials to accomplish projects.
• Manage time, productivity, and material record keeping.
• Provide consistent and timely communication with customers, employees and managers.
• Ensure adherence to plans and quality of work.
• Utilize hands-on training philosophies and demonstrate a strong work ethic through your example.
• Promote safety, performance, and well-being of all crews.

Necessary Skills/Qualifications

• 2 years previous supervisory/leadership experience
• Minimum 2 years Previous construction background
• Valid driver's license required
• Able to read/execute basic field reports/directions
