Landscape Foreman/Lead

About the role

Lacoste Garden Center and Landscaping seeks a Foreman/Crew Lead to join their team. The ideal candidate should be energetic, charismatic, and possess strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide a team in completing various landscape tasks
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and meet their needs
• Communicate with staff to ensure proper training, assignment, and coordination
• Ensure adherence to company rules and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years landscape experience
• Class 3 drivers license for hauling truck/trailer and delivering crew to work sites
• Strong communication skills to manage up to 2-3 laborers daily
• Strong organizational skills to receive, track, and complete various documents daily, including site plans/blueprints, designs, safety documents, material takeoffs, and customer payments/change orders
