Key Responsibilities
- Crew Leadership & Supervision
- Lead, train, and motivate a landscape enhancement crew to meet daily production goals
- Assign tasks and ensure work is completed according to specifications and safety standards
- Monitor crew performance and provide on-the-job coaching and feedback
- Ensure proper PPE usage and adherence to company safety policies
- Project Execution
- Perform and supervise landscape enhancement services including, but not limited to:
- Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Mulching and bed enhancements
- Hardscape installation (pavers, edging, small retaining walls, etc.)
- Irrigation repairs and upgrades
- Seasonal color and landscape upgrades
- Read and interpret enhancement work orders, plans, and scopes of work
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- 2–5 years of landscape or enhancement experience, including leadership or crew lead responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of landscape installation, materials, and best practices
- Ability to lead by example and work alongside crew members in all weather conditions
- Experience operating landscaping equipment (skid steer, mini-excavator, etc.) preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (chauffeur or DOT card preferred, if applicable)
