About the role

GroundSystems is hiring Landscapers for the Dayton, OH team. Crew Members deliver expert landscaping services to commercial clients. The role offers year-round, full-time employment (including winter), with training, tools, uniforms, and benefits provided. Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, and trimming
• Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Laying sod and applying fertilizers
• Pruning and maintaining perennial beds
• Using landscaping tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining clean and safe job sites

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Basic English communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
