LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION /TEAM LEAD (FULL TIME)

About the role

At Seiler’s Landscaping, we're seeking a Landscape Construction/team Lead who can manage the installation of complete landscape projects, including paver patios, retaining walls, landscape lighting, and more. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Ohio driver's license, and good driving record. Essential skills include operating manual trucks, bobcats, dingoes, mini-excavators, and other typical landscape equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the installation of complete landscape projects
• Create exquisite landscapes and outdoor living areas at Cincinnati’s finest homes and businesses
• Lead and manage a crew of three
• Read and follow designs
• Inspire team members to provide top-notch landscaping services

Requirements

• At least three years of verifiable experience in paver installation
• Three years of verifiable experience in landscape installation
• Three years of verifiable experience in wood construction
• Three years of verifiable experience in retaining walls
• Three years of verifiable experience in masonry
• Three years of verifiable experience in LED lighting
