Responsibilities
- Collaborate with landscape designers and project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Prepare sites for installation by clearing debris, grading terrain, and performing necessary soil preparation.
- Install various landscape elements such as hardscape features, lighting fixtures, plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Operate equipment such as mini skids, ski steers, and mini excavators safely and efficiently.
- Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide input and feedback on project feasibility and execution strategies.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 3 years of previous experience in hardscaping, landscaping, horticulture, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of landscape installation techniques and best practices.
- The ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- An attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A valid driver's license, preferably a CDL Class A License.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Pass DOT physical and drug screenings.
- Ability to work outside in an all-weather environment.

Pay
$43,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience.
