Landscape Construction Laborer & Foreman

• Minimum 3 years proven experience leading landscape enhancement jobs for Foreman
• Must be 18 or over
• On the job training is provided
• Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs, use body for performing all landscape maintenance tasks
• Desired: Work experience for any length of time in similar position
• Insurable CA drivers license a plus

Essential Functions

• Foreman - Lead landscape enhancement jobs
• Use hand tools, operate vehicles or powered equipment, enhance established landscape, mulch, aerate, weed, grub, remove thatch, install irrigation, walls, trees, plants, cobble, and rock
• Attach wires from planted trees to support stakes
• Plant foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, trees, or shrubs and apply mulch for protection
• Rake mulch, soil, and compost
• Decorate gardens with stones or plants. Use irrigation methods to adjust water consumption and prevent waste
• Provide, repair or improve upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, burial sites, or other grounds features
• Haul or spread topsoil or spread straw over seeded soil to hold soil in place. Installation of new irrigation systems including controllers, valves, wiring, and pipes
• Respond to emergencies or customer requests

Must have legal documentation for working in the US, participate in the e-verify program
