Landscape Construction Crew Leader

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise a landscape construction crew on daily projects
• Install trees, shrubs, plants, irrigation, drainage systems, pavers, retaining walls, and other landscape features
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
• Coordinate jobsite activities, materials, equipment, and project timelines
• Train and mentor crew members while promoting a positive team environment
• Communicate with management and customers to ensure successful project completion

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, irrigation, grading, or related construction work
• Crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to safely operate landscape construction equipment and power tools
• Valid driver's license preferred
