Landscape Architect III

About the role

V3 Companies seeks a Landscape Architect III in our Pinehurst, NC office. This position involves contributing to significant projects that transform communities through the creation of green spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of site plans, master plans, concepts, renderings, and presentation materials
• Conducting research, site analysis, and field documentation
• Helping manage project tasks, deadlines, and documentation
• Collaborating with managers and design staff throughout all project phases
• Supporting design development for parks, golf and resort environments, mixed-use developments, residential communities, and commercial sites
• Mentor and develop staff through technical guidance and project involvement
• Participating in client-facing and public reviews, coordination calls, and internal project discussions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture
• NC Professional License required
• 7+ years of experience
• Strong graphic, design, and communication skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and hand graphics (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn from senior mentors
