Landscape Architect
What We Do
We specialize in high-end residential design and construction management across South Florida—from waterfront estates to luxury communities. Our services cover the full outdoor environment, including landscape, hardscape, lighting, irrigation, and drainage.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients, prepare proposals, and close new business.
- Serve as the lead designer on all your projects.
- Manage the entire design process and client experience.
- Oversee your design team and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct online design presentations.
- Maintain quality control across plans, graphics, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- A strong sense of care and commitment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience
- Proven leadership and sales skills
- Exceptional communication, time management, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Florida landscape architecture license
- Expertise in Florida-native plants and hardscape materials
- Experience owning or managing a design business
- Background in budgeting or financial management
- Formal leadership or management training
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, LandFX, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and Lumion
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $150,000- $185,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $35,000 annually
