Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement landscape design concepts that integrate site planning, grading, planting design, and sustainable landscape strategies across a variety of project types.
  • Cookordination landscape architecture scope with architecture, civil engineering, and site consultants to ensure cohesive site and environmental design solutions.
  • Experience with assuming the leadership role in managing the design and production of construction documents for multiple projects.
  • Experienced in communicating effectively with the design team, coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants, and adapting to changing project needs while managing multiple priorities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Preferred minimum 8–12 years of post-graduate architectural experience.
  • Licensed or registered architect is a plus.
  • Support communication between project team, clients, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp is required; Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency is preferred.
  • Self-directed, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects and teams while meeting deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
