Design Exceptional Outdoor Living Experiences About The Opportunity We are seeking a creative and accomplished Landscape Architect to lead the design and delivery of luxury residential landscapes. This role offers the opportunity to shape remarkable outdoor environments, guide projects from vision through construction, and collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to bring extraordinary spaces to life. What You Will Do Lead luxury residential landscape projects from concept through construction administration. Drive project success by managing scope, schedules, budgets, and client expectations. Develop innovative, site-responsive designs integrating architecture, planting, grading, water features, and custom elements. Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and specialty fabricators. Present compelling design concepts and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Lead construction-phase services including site observations, submittal reviews, and contractor coordination. Resolve technical challenges while protecting design intent and project quality. Mentor and develop landscape architects and designers within a collaborative studio environment. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA or MLA). Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) licensure. 8+ years of experience in landscape architecture or landscape design. Significant experience delivering luxury residential projects. Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership and built work. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Strong horticultural knowledge and planting design expertise. Experience leading teams, consultants, and client relationships. Preferred Skills Experience with Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, or similar visualization tools. Experience on complex multidisciplinary projects. Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Why Join Us? Work Environment This position combines studio-based design, client engagement, and hands-on construction involvement. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and specialty consultants while utilizing leading design and visualization tools in a collaborative environment focused on professional growth and design excellence Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Greenwich, CT. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
