We are seeking a creative and driven Landscape Architect to join our growing multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from site development and master planning to landscape design and construction administration.

You'll collaborate with talented professionals, engage directly with clients and municipal agencies, and play a key role in transforming concepts into vibrant, functional environments. Responsibilities

  • Conduct site inventory, field investigations, and site analysis to inform project designs.
  • Participate in feasibility studies, conceptual planning, and master planning initiatives.
  • Develop site plans, grading plans, landscape designs, and site lighting layouts.
  • Create visual analyses, renderings, photographic simulations, and 3D presentations to communicate design intent.
  • Manage project tasks, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely project completion.
  • Coordinate permit applications and approvals with municipal boards, planning commissions, and regulatory agencies.
  • Present design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and project partners.
  • Collaborate with engineers, planners, architects, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support construction administration efforts, including site visits, observations, and coordination during project implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of professional landscape architecture experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Land F/X, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS.
  • Strong background in site analysis, site planning, landscape design, feasibility studies, and land development projects.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Registered or Licensed Landscape Architect (RLA/PLA).
  • 10+ years of experience for senior-level candidates.
  • Experience working within consulting engineering, community planning, and land development environments.
  • Prior experience presenting projects before zoning boards, planning commissions, town councils, and public agencies.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.

Schedule

This is a hybrid position in White Plains, NY. It is a permanent role with flexible scheduling and the option to work remotely on Fridays.
