About the Role

We are seeking a Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Laborer to install and maintain landscaping on new and existing residential and commercial properties. This position is based out of our South Plainfield office but will involve working at various sites throughout New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly lawn maintenance, including weeding, pruning, trimming, mulching, and planting
• Operate lawn and landscape equipment
• Manage and maintain landscape equipment and tools
• Report to the Landscape Foreman or Landscape Division Manager

Requirements

• Basic landscape installation and maintenance experience
• Ability to work in a team setting or independently
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of required equipment and tools, including basic maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company pickup truck with a trailer if required
• High School Diploma
