Job Responsibilities
- Oversight of all Surveying services including Title Commitment Review, Boundary Determination, Legal Description Preparation, Review of Drafting, Certification of Final Survey Maps/Plats
- Coincide with Company Project Engineers and Field Crews
- Review Workloads and Weekly Schedules
- Maintain Quality Control Practices for the Survey Department
Qualifications
- Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Tennessee
- Minimum of ten (10) years of Land Surveying experience
- Must be able and willing to become registered in multiple jurisdictions
