Responsibilities

Manage and execute a variety of surveying and mapping projects including topographic, utility, bathymetric, boundary, construction, hazardous waste site, and as-builts.
Coordinate field work.
Perform survey calculations.
Prepare mapping.
Communicate with clients.
Prepare proposals.
Develop new business.

Requirements

A.A.S. in Surveying Technology or B.S. in Surveying Engineering.
New York State Professional Land Surveyor license preferred.
Minimum of five years' experience as a Land Surveyor/Project Manager.
Strong technical skills, including AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
Demonstrate versatility and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Show strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred:

Preferred A.A.S. in Surveying Technology or B.S. in Surveying Engineering.
New York State Professional Land Surveyor license preferred.
