Responsibilities

  • Aid the field supervisor with all aspects of the daily crew workload.
  • Work in a safe manner and adhere to all safety regulations.
  • Daily upload and download data collectors.
  • Daily care and charge instrumentation.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge with upgrades in technology.

Requirements

  • At least one year of survey experience required.
  • High School Diploma (minimum).
  • Good mathematical skills.
  • Good computer and data collector skills.
  • Proficient with Trimble survey equipment (GPS, Robotics, Total Stations, Levels, and Data Collectors).
  • Proficient with Trimble Survey Controller data collection software.
  • Knowledge of 3-D Scanners is a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a driving record check.
  • Pass a drug test.
  • Dependable.
  • Physically capable of working outdoors and on construction sites under all weather conditions and terrain.
  • Able to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to work overtime as required.

Qualifications

  • Must have a High School Diploma (Minimum).

Skills

  • Must have good Mathematical skills.
  • Must have good computer and data collector skills.
  • Must be proficient with the use of Trimble survey equipment (GPS, Robotics, Total Stations, Levels, and Data Collectors).
  • Must be proficient with Trimble Survey Controller data collection software.

  • Must have good communication skills.

Pay

The projected range for this position is $42,000 - $54,000 annually in our Baltimore, MD office. Depending upon other factors, such as skills, experience, location, and market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
