What You’ll Do Spend your days outside mowing large development land and bare lots, trimming with weed eaters (yes, it’s a workout!).Load and unload equipment (mowers, trimmers, attachments) with the team’s support.Help keep our properties in top shape — and feel proud of the work you’ve accomplished! What We’re Looking For Someone 18 years or older, eligible to drive a VBC company vehicle (valid driver's license required).Someone who can safely lift 50–60 pounds by themselves, and up to 100 pounds with help.Someone who can stick to a schedule and work outdoors for full days (yes, it gets hot — but we work smart and stay hydrated)!Someone motivated, responsible, and ready to jump in.
