Land Development - Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site development projects, including design, permitting, schedules, budgets, and quality control.
- Serve as the primary client contact, providing proactive communication and guidance.
- Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers, engineers, and technical staff.
- Oversee contracts, invoicing, change orders, and overall project profitability.
- Cover coordination with regulatory agencies and presentation at public hearings or community meetings.
- Support business development, account growth, and client retention.
- Promote technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of land development, civil/site design, and permitting experience.
- Proven project management and client relationship experience.
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, and technical teams.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
