About the role
Responsible for overseeing land development projects, including site analysis, design coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams in developing comprehensive site plans and designs
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project compliance with local regulations
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely completion of projects
- Communicate project progress and issues to clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in land development or construction management
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of zoning laws and building codes
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project
