About the role
The Project Engineer will play a crucial role on dynamic projects at McClure, promoting the company's core values and contributing to the success of the team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain solid knowledge of engineering principles and codes to ensure proper project completion.
- Assess client satisfaction and mentor less experienced team members.
- Partner with Project Manager or Team Leader to solve problems and manage project design issues.
- Work actively with the team to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
- Implement the QA/QC process to ensure high-quality engineering solutions and plan sets.
- Challenge the team to develop innovative alternative solutions to meet client needs.
- Show strong understanding of the team's technical engineering expertise.
- Build trust, manage workload, and achieve team and corporate goals.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- A Professional Engineering (PE) License is required.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Qualifications
Must possess the technical skills necessary to move projects from conception to completion, along with strong interpersonal skills to assess client satisfaction and mentor less experienced team members.
