About the role

The Project Engineer will play a crucial role on dynamic projects at McClure, promoting the company's core values and contributing to the success of client projects.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain solid knowledge of engineering principles and codes to ensure proper project completion.
  • Assess client satisfaction and mentor less experienced team members.
  • Partner with Project Manager or Team Leader to solve problems and manage design issues.
  • Work actively with the team to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Implement QA/QC processes to ensure high-quality engineering solutions and plans.
  • Challenge the team to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Build trust, manage workload, and achieve team and corporate goals.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively within the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) License required.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills to move projects from conception to completion.
  • Interpersonal skills to assess client satisfaction and mentor team members.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative team environment.
