Land Development Manager

In this role, you'll make sure everything is done right, with the autonomy, technology and support to organize, budget and monitor all phases of developing land for our customer's future home.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate and develop a team of land development professionals
• Assign work and geographic territories to team members
• Prioritize work and review work product
• Organize, budget and monitor all phases of land development
• Manage the Request For Proposals (RFP) process to vendor/professional pool
• Negotiate, award and execute contracts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with background in civil engineering, planning or construction management preferred
• At least 5 years of land development experience in progressively responsible positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be fluid in the Request For Proposals (RFP's) process to vendor/professional pool, negotiate, award and execute contracts
• Must maintain a valid driver's license
