Land Development Manager

As a leader of our Land Development Manager, you will oversee entire land development planning process for all assigned communities including: organizing, budgeting, and monitoring of various phases to maintain efficient operations while meeting Company standards and objectives. You'll make sure everything is done right with the autonomy, technology and support to organize, budget and monitor all phases of developing land for our customer's future home.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university with a background in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Planning, or Construction Management preferred
• At least 10 years of land development experience in progressively responsible positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience
