Responsibilities

  • Lead technical diligence across geotechnical and environmental aspects
  • Oversee permitting and entitlement processes and their schedules with regulatory agencies
  • Assess generator air permits, wetlands, and floodplain issues
  • Manage and evaluate consultants conducting feasibility studies and environmental assessments
  • Develop templates and playbooks to streamline future site assessments
  • Provide go/no-go recommendations with associated risk mitigation strategies

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in land development, civil/environmental engineering, or data center diligence
  • Knowledge of permitting, entitlements, and engagement with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)
  • Strong project management and technical review capabilities
  • Experience in managing consultants and analyzing complex studies

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
