Responsibilities
- Develop and refine land design plans using advanced software tools.
- Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and other engineers to ensure comprehensive project integration.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed reports on environmental impacts and feasibility.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in land design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and land surveying software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualifications
