Land and Right of Way Project Manager

About the role

The role of On Site Project Manager is critical in ensuring project timelines are met and client satisfaction is maintained. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
• Manage team of project coordinators and ensure tasks are assigned and completed efficiently.
• Communicate regularly with clients to maintain project visibility and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including scope documents, task lists, and progress reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project planning tools.
• Knowledge of construction industry practices and standards.

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience with construction project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, etc.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and compliance regulations.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
