Land Acquisition Analyst

About the role

As a Land Acquisition Analyst, you will help maintain the company's pipeline of potential land deals, ensuring they align with the Division's market strategy. Your work includes creating financial models, tracking worksheets, maintaining acquisition files, researching property, analyzing data, drafting documents, building relationships with land professionals, and visiting sites in a hybrid environment.

• Maintain land acquisition pipeline and ensure deals fit Division market strategy
• Create financial models and develop tracking worksheets
• Maintain land acquisition files and reports for the division
• Provide solutions to streamline transactions
• Learn market value for raw land
• Research property, review and analyze data, draft letters and documents
• Build relationships with local land professionals, land brokers and their agents
• Build financial models, identify underutilized properties, ensure contract compliance for current land deals
• Visit potential acquisition sites (hybrid work environment)
• Technical tools used daily: DXC Homebuilder One (HB1), Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint

Requirements
