Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Strategic Market Analysis
- Collect Data on Available Residential Land
- Extract & Analyze Data from Various Sources
- Review and Analyze Due Diligence Information
- Determine Budgets and Schedules for Proformas
- Coordinate with Multiple Departments
- Prepare Offer Letters
- Prepare Investment Memorandums
- Document Control and Correspondence
- Acquisition Analysis and Financial Modeling
- Research, Analyze, and Identify Potential Land Acquisition Targets
- Maintain Database of Targets
- Conduct Land Opportunity Analysis
- Create Financial Models (Proforma)
- Analyze Financial Models for Trends
- Refine Data Visualization Skills
- Structure and Prepare Letters of Intent
- Oversee Closing Documents and Funds Transfer Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- MBA or MRED Preferred
- 2+ Years of Experience in Real Estate or Market Research Preferred
- Knowledge of Homebuilding and Land Brokerage Industry Preferred
- Expert Analytical and Financial Skillsets
- Strong MS Office Skills Including Excel Modeling and Word
- Strong Market Research Capability
- Team Player/Cross Functional Collaborator
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Detail-Oriented and Organized
