Land Acquisition Analyst
About the role
As a Land Acquisition Analyst, your contribution to providing an adequate supply of land is critical—it all starts with the land. You’ll use your knowledge of the local market, competition, and political environment to support key leaders as they present land deals. This role is the first step in directly driving the company’s growth. You’ll apply analytical skills to gather valuable market information and use creativity to prepare documents needed for deal presentations.

Responsibilities
- Analyze local market conditions, competition, and political environment to support land acquisition decisions.
- Prepare documents and presentations for land deal proposals.
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and present potential land deals.
- Drive the company’s growth by identifying and securing strategic land opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent related experience.
- High energy, tenacity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and creative skills.
