Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and review monthly financial statements.
• Submit approved forecast.
• Complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
• Prepare accruals, reserves, and related journal entries.
• Develop, analyze, and review product costing and pricing.
• Review financial results with executive team.
• Monitor and improve internal controls.
• Serve as the primary contact for external financial reporting and compliance requests.
• Manage daily accounting department operations.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
• Review monthly account reconciliations.
• Participate in the new product development process.
• Complete special projects assigned by the executive team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Purchasing Manager with auditing, analyzing supplier credits, RMX, excessive inventory, part shortages, broken kit parts, negative inventory, past due POs, and potential obsolescence.
• Negotiate minimum orders and part pricing.
• Meet with suppliers and engineers.
• Make part expediting calls.
