About the role

Performing all tasks assigned in the manufacture of fiberglass swimming pools while maintaining a clean work area and adhering to all safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Duties vary by station and include spraying gel coats and resins, rolling fiberglass, hand laying fiberglass mat and composite reinforcements.
• Using razor knives and other sharp instruments to cut materials.
• Climbing and working at heights of up to 10 ft.
• Operating machinery including forklifts.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection, full face respirator, gloves, safety shoes, harness, and/or protective outerwear.
• Exposure to dust, odors/fumes, heat (dependent upon weather conditions), and noise is typical.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a safe manner utilizing PPE as required.
• Ability to stand for prolonged times as well as frequent bending, reaching, stooping, overhead work, and lifting up to forty (40) pounds.
• Must be able to work mandatory overtime, including some weekends.
• Fiberglass/composite manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in construction and/or tile installation is desirable.

Pay

Salary Range: $19.03-$20.08 per hour. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
