Lake & Pond Technician
About the role? Actually they said use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to those headings. The posting has Overview (description of role). Could map to About the role. Duties & Responsibilities -> Responsibilities. Candidate Requirements includes Education, Experience, Skills & Competencies -> could be Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. They said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Education, Experience, Skills into Requirements (or Qualifications). But we need to preserve all substantive info. We can have sections: About the role (Overview), Responsibilities (Duties & Responsibilities), Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills & Competencies), Benefits (Why Choose Us? plus Benefits Start Day 1). No Pay or Schedule sections because not specified. No need to include Pay or Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Remove lines like "This company is a Drug Free workplace..." etc. Also remove "California residents click here..." etc. Also remove "By applying to this job..." etc. Also remove "Click here to read more about our Total Rewards Program". We need to keep substantive benefit info: Benefits Start Day 1 for Full-Time Colleagues - No Waiting Period! Then list benefits: Professional and Personal Growth (Multiple avenues to grow your career, Training and development programs available, Tuition Reimbursement benefits (for FT Colleagues)), Health and Wellness (Health benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance plus much more, Full-time colleagues are eligible to begin enrollment immediately upon hire with benefits starting on day 1), Savings and Retirement (401(k) retirement plan with company-matching contributions), Work-Life Balance (Vacation days & sick days, Company-paid holidays & floating holidays, A company mindset that prioritizes health, safety, and flexibility). Also mention "All Full-Time Colleagues qualify for the following and Part-Time Colleagues qualify for most benefits after they meet certain criteria." Keep that.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include each duty as list item. Each requirement as list items maybe grouped.
