Lake City, FL 32055- Speech Therapist (SLP): Home Setting - PRN

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients in a Home Setting
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral Masters/Bachelors degree in Speech Therapy
• Experience in Speech Therapy
• Actively Licensed as a FL Speech Therapist

Job Type

PRN - Part of an on-call pool of therapists who work on a per diem basis.

Pay

$90-$110 per evaluation/treatment
