Responsibilities

• Creation, review, and processing of delivery notes, shipping, and accompanying documents
• Inspection of outgoing goods for completeness, accuracy, and consistency with shipping documents
• Recording and booking of goods movements in the warehouse management system
• Coordination and monitoring of goods movements to ensure smooth shipping processes
• Documentation of relevant key figures and coordination with internal interfaces in case of discrepancies

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in warehouse/logistics is an advantage but not mandatory
• Initial professional experience in warehouse or goods outbound is required
• Careful, reliable, and structured way of working
• German language skills at a minimum C1 level, both written and spoken
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and occasionally in a 3-shift system

Pay

Compensation for this position ranges between €16.50 and €17.50 gross per hour, depending on your qualifications, professional experience, and competencies.
