Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality education programs and activities that promote the health of patients and the community through the life cycle.
• Support individual development of staff according to learning needs identified through a variety of sources to facilitate patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required).
• 2 years of clinical nursing in area of specialty (required) or 1 year of education experience (required).

Qualifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNLC Multistate Licensure with current non-restricted Georgia license (required).
• IBCLC - International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (preferred) or certification as a breastfeeding counselor (preferred).
