Lactation Consultant (RN) - Full Time (1500-2330)

About the role

As a Lactation Consultant (RN) at Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital, you will provide expert care to mothers and their infants. This position requires a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in lactation support.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized lactation support to mothers and their infants.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or similar facility.
• Experience with neonatal care and lactation support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 annually.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 1500-2330 hours.
