LACCD Scheduler V (Lead Scheduler)

Authorization to work lawfully in the U.S. without sponsorship is required. This is a full-time, in-person position located in Monterey Park, CA (Southern California). No relocation funds or per diem will be offered.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of recent capital construction scheduling experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or Construction Management (an additional 4 years of qualifying experience may substitute for the degree)
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software, MS Office (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules
• Demonstrated knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process
• Strong understanding of cost engineering, scheduling best practices, and schedule forensics
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to foster collaboration across diverse project teams

Preferred Qualifications

• AACE Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Pay

The pay range for this position is $180K - $201K. Actual compensation will be dependent on individual qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
