High Focus Centers – Lawrenceville Outpatient is seeking a compassionate Licensed Counselor to join our clinical team providing PHP & IOP treatment for adult clients with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Location: Lawrenceville, NJ

Licensure Supervision: Free licensure supervision provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment goals
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and the multidisciplinary treatment team
• Complete clinical documentation and Level of Care assessments
• Coordinate with referral sources and outside providers
• Support aftercare planning and continuity of care
• Contribute to curriculum development and clinical programming

Requirements

• Required Licensure: LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC — or actively working toward licensure with Master's degree

Pay

$50,000–$60,000 per year

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• 40 hours per week
