Laborer (North Vista Mobile Home Park)

About the role

The Laborer is responsible for overall upkeep of the North Vista Mobile Home Park in Clayton, WA. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a variety of tools to perform general facility repairs and maintenance
• Perform yard maintenance including lawn mowing, weed eating, raking, and snow removal
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of grounds, including disposal of garbage and debris
• Proper handling and storage of all materials, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use
• Work within and promote corporate vision, mission, and values of the organization
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid Driver License
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies
• Perform strenuous physical labor in an outdoor environment during all seasons
• Lifting/carrying objects 50 lbs. or more
• Lifting from ground level, waist level, and/or overhead
• Frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, crouching/squatting, crawling up to 8+ hours per day
• Climbing and maintaining balance on ladders or stools reaching in all directions
• Handling and manipulating objects and materials
• Coordinating the movements of eyes, hands and fingers
• Seeing with or without correction

Schedule

8:00am - 4:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday with some additional hours required as needed.
