Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of landscape and grounds maintenance tasks, including:
- Planting, mulching, sod installation, and pruning
- Mowing, trimming, weeding, and blowing
- Site preparation, grading, and cleanup
- Safely load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Auxiliary work for crew leaders and following project plans to ensure quality work
- Participate in snow removal operations during the winter (shoveling, salting, plowing assistance)
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times
- Reliable and punctual team player
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Previous landscape, construction, or labor experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and use hand tools/equipment safely
