Laborer Heavy Trainee
About the role
This positions' general purpose is to break down empty totes, separating the good and bad totes, hand stacking cases on to the pallets according to customer specifications, and by assisting the cold room personnel for breaks and lunches.
Responsibilities
- Hand stack (palletize) finished product cases pallets.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area.
- Operate controls to dump totes of product into hoppers.
- Flex to other jobs as needed to cover for rest and meal periods.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Environment/Demands
- Exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature.
- Exposure to manufacturing environments for up to 12 hours per work day to include: loud noise, excessive heat, cold, wet, slippery conditions, dirt, fumes, smoke, smells and allergies.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently.

- Ability to do repetitious arm, wrist and hand movements required for job actions and procedures.
