Laborer- Grounds Maintenance

About the role

Fairfield Pointe Apartments is seeking a full-time Ground/General Laborer for a 660-unit community located in Fairfield, OH with easy access to I-275. This position offers the opportunity to start a career in property maintenance, with potential advancement to Maintenance Trainee.

Responsibilities

• Grounds maintenance using a gas blower, power washer, and small power tools
• Heavy trash removal in turn apartments and hallways
• Daily trash pickup in laundry rooms and common areas

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Trade School
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Able to lift 75 lbs
• Able to climb ladders and steps
• Ability to operate power equipment such as saws and drills
• Ability to operate door locks

Pay

$18–20 per hour
