Responsibilities
- Support and assist other skilled crafts on the project
- Prepare areas for concrete placement, including excavation and grading
- Assemble and place concrete forms
- Lift and transport form panels and concrete buckets
- Muck concrete and assist in stripping forms
- Aid concrete finishers and block masons
- Handle and transport building materials
- Distribute and maintain site materials
- Promote a safe work environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Safe work practices in accordance with Hensel Phelps safety and health program
- Initiative and attention to detail
- Effective communication and math skills
- Reliability and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
- Construction layout and blueprint reading
- OSHA 10 Certification
- CPR & First Aid Certification
Essential Duties

- Occasionally exposed to high and low temperatures, noisy environments, outdoor elements, and repetitive use of power, rotational, and vibration tools
