Laborer Foreman
Description Of Tasks
- Adhere to and enforce Pepper Safety regulations
- Lead daily Tool Talk Hours (THA) with crews
- Perform regular jobsite safety audits
- Aid in planning, scheduling, and managing daily laborer-related activities and equipment
- Support the project team and project schedule
- Understand and manage project cost-to-date and manpower plan
- Assist project team with forecasting laborer-related activities on assigned projects
- Direct, monitor, and manage tradesmen production when managing a crew
- Complete all necessary Field documentation
- Complete time sheets electronically in payroll system for trade crew personnel
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years prior experience as a Trade Laborer Foreman
Pay & Schedule
Hourly, 40 hours/week, with overtime paid in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Pay based on experience
Eligible for annual bonus opportunities
Retain union card and benefits
5 days' vacation annually

About the Role
Position Summary: This position will report to Field Operations and be deployed as Foreman on projects. Because the individual will not leave the Union when in-between projects, he or she will work on a project as a laborer assisting other trades people including carpenters, bricklayers, and drywall and cement finishers.
Schedule
Hourly, 40 hours/week, with overtime paid in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Skills
Current knowledge of commercial construction practices
Understanding of procedures, techniques, tools, equipment, materials, specifications, quality and cost control, and safety requirements associated with commercial construction
