Responsibilities
- Perform production/restoration process per work order and chief crew instructions
- Invent and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
- Communicate openly with the crew chief and other technicians
Requirements
- IICRC certification
- Experience in cleaning/restoration demo
- Experience serving commercial properties
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid Driver License in good standing- must be insureable by our insurance carrier
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50-75 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
Qualifications
The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) is a non-profit organization for the Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Industries. Founded in 1972 by Ed York, the IICRC has grown into a global organization with over 49,000 active Certified Technicians and over 6,500 Certified Firms worldwide.
The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which consists of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC's Shareholders. The Board of Directors' role is to represent the various interests of the applicants while guiding the direction of the organization. They meet four times a year and are responsible for shaping future policies and upholding the standards that define the industry.
