• Arrive at the job site promptly at the required start time as indicated by the Supervisor.
• Regularly review the work completed to ensure it meets Kovach's high-quality standards.
• Strictly adhere to Kovach's safety protocols and job site-specific requirements. Immediately communicate any safety concerns or limitations to the Supervisor.
• In the event of an injury on-site, report it without delay to the Supervisor.
• Proactively identify and report potential problems or challenges to the Supervisor.
• Ensure the well-being of fellow employees on-site, promoting a team-centric environment.
• Demonstrate initiative in the tasks performed and continually seek to grow in knowledge and understanding of the Kovach scope of work.

Requirements

• Prior experience in metal and glazing installations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in a construction environment.
