About the role

Responsibilities
- Work with industrial equipment
- Pot washing and general housekeeping of the work area
- Cleaning greenhouse spaces up to 90°F
- Assisting with activities related to crops and greenhouses
- Supporting the Bayer Safety program by following safety policies and attending safety meetings
- Working less with automation and more with hands-on/manual labor
Requirements
- High school diploma and 0-3 years of experience in the field or a related area
- Fast learner and flexible to change tasks multiple times a day in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and write in English to understand task and safety instructions
- Proficient with current technology (smartphone or tablet)
- Able to lift 40 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb 3 ft tall structures
Qualifications
This is an entry-level position requiring high school diploma and 0-3 years of relevant experience. Must be able to read and write in English, follow safety policies, and adhere to all SOPs.
