About the Role

The Laboratory Technician is responsible for various support tasks throughout the laboratory assigned on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Extract/digest environmental samples with organic solvent or acid
• Operate pipettors, balances, and/or graduated cylinders to measure sample volumes and weights
• Prepare standards
• Maintain scientific logbooks
• Follow all Eurofins Standard Operating Procedures
• Perform sample preparation, glassware cleaning, and sample disposal

Requirements

• AA, AS, or BS in science or related field
• Basic laboratory experience (preferred but not required)
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Schedule

Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Pay

$17/hour. The compensation range is provided for informational purposes; actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, skill set, internal peer benchmarks, business sector, and geographic location.
