About the role

The Laboratory Technician/Patient Service Representative position at HCN’s Naples Laboratory is responsible for providing support in laboratory operations and assisting patients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine laboratory tests and ensure accuracy and timely results
  • Handle patient inquiries and assist with administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
  • Support the maintenance of a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Florida driver’s license

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
