About the role
The Laboratory Technician/Patient Service Representative position at HCN’s Naples Laboratory is responsible for providing support in laboratory operations and assisting patients.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory tests and ensure accuracy and timely results
- Handle patient inquiries and assist with administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
- Support the maintenance of a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Florida driver’s license
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
